Recent world events have shown that it is not enough to adapt to change, but must do so at a previously unprecedented pace. It is no longer enough to simply manage staff, but that processes need to be optimised to react quickly in a dynamic environment. We are now experiencing a transformation in expectations of the new role of HR. The HR department is required to have a deep knowledge of business processes and maximise the value of the human capital employed in the organisation, to improve operational knowledge of corporate processes and to balance the growing welbeing and business needs of companies.
During the HR Breakfast, held on 18 November, we had the pleasure of hosting the heads of HR and HRBP departments of member companies of the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster to discuss how to empower HR departments in their cooperation with company managements. It was a great opportunity to exchange experiences among professionals. The meeting was moderated by eq system HR management experts Błażej Migoń, Tomasz Jeleń and Łukasz Zaborowski, as well as XPRIMER Sales Team Director Paweł Sołtysik.
