Maflow Group is part of the Boryszew group of companies in the automotive industry. The company specialises in serial production of cables and develops new technologies in the field of car air conditioning. Maflow Group has 11 production plants on 4 continents in countries such as Poland, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, India, China and Mexico.
The history of the MAFLOW Group dates back to 1935, when they founded Manuli, a company producing rubber hoses for fluids in hydraulic lines. Its operation in the automotive sector started in 1983, when Manuli together with Uniroyal bought the European part of Stratoflex, one of the leading manufacturers of air conditioning ducts. The 1990s recorded a rapid growth of the Group through the further acquisitions of companies manufacturing air conditioning ducts and the launch of new plants. In 2010, Maflow was taken over by the Boryszew Group, which is listed on the Stock Exchange.
Together with Maflow, we are implementing a project in the Toruń plant which involves recording of the production events in the MES, with particular emphasis on traceability with an accuracy to the batch in the production of semi-finished products and registration of traceability for every product on the assembly of air conditioning ducts.
We use our own solution XPRIMER.MOM for the project.
