The idea behind the Super-Pharm brand is based on the unique combination of three departments: pharmacy, drugstore and perfumery in one place. This unique concept has been implemented in Poland since 2001. Currently, the Super-Pharm chain consists of 75 outlets in Poland country, with approximately 2,000 employees.
Time planning in such a large and dispersed company presented a significant challenge. The digitalisation of this area became inevitable, given the increasing regulatory requirements and the need to optimise processes.
XPRIMER.HRM was chosen for this area, providing comprehensive control and compliance with legal regulations and individual business rules. In the area of working time registration and record keeping, XPRIMER provides integration with the nationwide T&A system.
As the core HR service is handled by individual shops, XPRIMER offers the possibility to change employment and personal data, as well as the possibility to print basic HR reports.
