In Poland, Tikkurila Polska S.A. based in Dębica we have successfully implemented a solution based on the XPRIMER® platform, which includes planning, records (in cooperation with T&A readers) and work time settlement, holiday request and business trip management processes. The solution is developed systematically and according to the company’s needs, elements of soft HR have been implemented, including training services. Currently, integration with the WorkDay corporate system is at the testing and commissioning stage.
