The XPRIMER 5.3 conference is now behind us.
Like previous editions, this year’s event was also held in an online format and was divided into three parts: dedicated to changes in production management, personnel management and system-wide changes.
The 11 presentations discussed, among other things:
- benefits for customers of the ‘Digital Operator’ project
- innovations in the WM module
- improvements in order management based on the BOM Explosion
- next steps in two-way communication with machines
- competence matrix – XPRIMER.CMX
- developments in the area of working time planning (also using artificial intelligence)
- competitive advantages of XPRIMER.PAYROLL
- implementation of self-rostering (self-scheduling of working time in XPRIMER)
- ergonomic and security innovations in the latest version of the platform
- opportunities offered by the leasing of software.
The project ‘Development of an internationally innovative, adaptive IT system for the management of processes in the areas of production and HR, based on mechanisms of machine learning and artificial intelligence’ co-financed under the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship 2014-2020 was also summarised.
This year, during the conference, we presented also two case studies: an interview with the HR director of Agata S.A. Dominika Beblo and an interview with the vice-president of Retech sp. z o.o. Andrzej Ziarko.
A special surprise for the conference participants were the presenters: an avatar of Michał Lach, who opened the event, and two virtual assistants, also generated by artificial intelligence.
