SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The subject of the project is the development of an internationally innovative IT system to support the management of production and HR processes in companies. The beneficiary intends to base the construction of the new system on mechanisms of machine learning and artificial intelligence. The use of such methods to constantly analyse the work of users will allow the creation of an IT system that will be able to autonomously automate and optimise the activities performed by users. The project assumptions adopted by the Beneficiary assume the development of an intelligent IT system with the use of the so-called adaptive personas, together with the application of methods for automatic adaptation and selection of personas by the system, mapped adaptive interactions that can take into account deviations in the project path, artificial intelligence algorithms optimising the work of the system at the level of a single user.
